Built around program operations
Schedules, volunteers, communication, and logistics
SidelineOps HQ focuses on the day-to-day coordination work that happens around practices, games, parents, and volunteers.SidelineOps HQ is a founder-led software company building practical operations tools for high-school athletic programs.
SidelineOps HQ is based in Madison, Alabama and founded by Scott South. The product was created to solve the weekly operational friction coaches and program leaders know well: moving schedules, scattered parent updates, volunteer coverage, and game-day details that live in too many places.
Scott has been involved in youth sports for more than 14 years through coaching, serving as a youth program board member, and working as a booster club officer. That background gives him a practical view of the needs of coaches, parents, volunteers, booster leaders, and school administrators involved in a program.
SidelineOps HQ is intentionally early and transparent. The product is currently in beta with real high-school athletic programs, including James Clemens Softball, so coach and program feedback can shape what gets built before broader release.
